IMPORTING A BIKE
THINKING OF IMPORTING A MOTORCYCLE FROM JAPAN?
Import Monster can assist you with the importation of your motorcycle from Japan.
We can import –
- Any bike made on or before 31st December 1988
- Completely off road bike such as dirtbikes and race only bikes
We can not presently assist with on road bikes made in 1989 or later, except where we dismantle them for parts use only. Please note that bikes that come in as parts can not be put back together to be registered in Australia.
Our service covers the full process of arranging for purchase of the bike from the seller in Japan, arranging transport into our Japanese warehouse, documentation to enable export from Japan and importation into Australia via container shipping through our facility in Melbourne.
HOW DO I MAKE THIS HAPPEN
We are able to bid on bikes in Japan on your behalf, however we do not permit you to bid on bikes directly yourself – as we must carry out some basic checks before bidding.
